Terms & Conditions of Use & Credit Services

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE ZYRALEND PLATFORM OR APPLYING FOR CREDIT. BY ACCESSING OR USING OUR PLATFORM, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS. CLAUSES PRINTED IN BOLD LIMIT OUR LIABILITY, IMPOSE OBLIGATIONS ON YOU, OR CONSTITUTE AN ASSUMPTION OF RISK BY YOU.

1.  INTRODUCTION AND LEGAL TERMS
 

1.1 ZyraLend (Pty) Ltd (“ZyraLend”, “we”, “us” or “our”) is a registered credit provider duly incorporated in the Republic of South Africa, operating a first-of-its-kind, fully automated, AI-driven consumer lending platform that delivers short-term unsecured credit to consumers via WhatsApp and related digital interfaces (the “Platform”).

1.2 ZyraLend is registered with the National Credit Regulator (“NCR”) under registration number NCRCP16662 and is registered with the Financial Intelligence Centre (“FIC”) as an accountable institution under Item 11 of Schedule 1 to the Financial Intelligence Centre Act 38 of 2001 (“FIC Act”).

1.3 These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Platform and all services offered through it (the “Services”), including the application for, approval and management of short-term credit agreements. By accessing, browsing, applying, or interacting with the Platform in any manner, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

1.4 These Terms must be read in conjunction with any pre-agreement statement and quotation, and the specific credit agreement concluded between you and ZyraLend in respect of any approved loan. In the event of any conflict, the credit agreement shall prevail over these Terms in respect of the specific credit extended to you.

1.5 The terms “user”, “you” and “your” refer to all persons accessing or using the Platform for any purpose. The terms “we”, “us”, “our” and “ZyraLend” refer to ZyraLend (Pty) Ltd, its subsidiaries, affiliated entities, employees, agents, officers, and directors.

1.6 ZyraLend is a wholly owned subsidiary of ZyraLend Holdings (Pty) Ltd and operates as part of a broader ecosystem with more than 20 years of combined expertise in credit risk, compliance, and financial services.

2.  DEFINITIONS

In these Terms, the following words and expressions bear the meanings set out below:

 

"Affordability Assessment" an assessment conducted by ZyraLend’s automated decisioning engine to determine whether a prospective client’s financial position permits the repayment of the credit applied for, as required by the NCA and its Regulations.

"AI Engine / Decisioning Engine"   ZyraLend’s proprietary artificial intelligence and neural network system that automates the entire credit lifecycle, including scoring, verification, documentation, contracting, disbursement, and collections, without human intervention.

"Business Day"   any day other than a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday in the Republic of South Africa.

"Client"                a natural person who has entered into a credit agreement with ZyraLend.

"Credit Agreement"  an agreement concluded between ZyraLend and a client in terms of the National Credit Act 34 of 2005, as amended.

"Credit Bureau"  a registered credit bureau as defined in the NCA, including but not limited to Credit Profile Bureau (CPB), TransUnion, and Experian.

"FIC Act"              the Financial Intelligence Centre Act 38 of 2001, as amended.

"Instalment"        the minimum monthly amount payable by you in terms of your credit agreement to settle the loan advanced to you.

"NCA"                  the National Credit Act 34 of 2005, as amended, and its Regulations.

"Platform"            ZyraLend’s digital lending platform, including the WhatsApp interface, any web interfaces, mobile applications, and all related digital systems and integrations through which the Services are accessed or delivered.

"POPIA"               the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013, as amended.

"Principal Debt"  the amount of credit advanced to you in terms of the credit agreement, excluding interest, fees, and charges.

"Services"            all products and services offered by ZyraLend through the Platform, including the origination, approval, disbursement, management, and collection of short-term unsecured credit.

"Short-Term Credit Transaction"   a credit transaction as defined in the NCA in respect of a deferred amount not exceeding R8,000, repayable within a period not exceeding 6 (six) months.

"Terms"               these Terms and Conditions of Use and Credit Services, as amended from time to time.

"WhatsApp"        the WhatsApp messaging application operated by Meta Platforms Inc., used as the primary channel through which ZyraLend delivers its Services.

3.  THE ZYRALEND PLATFORM AND SERVICES

3.1  What We Do

3.1.1          ZyraLend is South Africa’s first fully automated, AI-driven consumer lending platform. We offer personal unsecured short-term credit to eligible South African citizens through a frictionless, conversational experience delivered primarily via WhatsApp.

3.1.2          Our AI Engine automates the entire credit lifecycle — from application and identity verification, credit scoring and risk assessment, through to documentation, contracting, disbursement, repayment management, and collections — without any human intervention required.

3.1.3          ZyraLend is able to process up to 10,000 loan applications simultaneously, at any moment, enabling 24/7 availability and near-instant credit decisions.

3.2  Loan Product

3.2.1          ZyraLend currently offers the following product:

3.2.1.1 Product type: personal unsecured short-term credit;

3.2.1.2 Loan amount: R1,000 to R6,000 (for new clients); subject to affordability;

3.2.1.3 Repayment term: 1 to 6 months;

3.2.1.4 Currency: South African Rand (ZAR).

3.2.2          ZyraLend reserves the right to amend loan parameters from time to time. Any such amendments will be communicated through the Platform and will not affect credit agreements already concluded.

3.3  Loan Process

3.3.1          The loan process is fully automated and operates as follows:

3.3.1.1 Application — You initiate an application through the Platform (WhatsApp or web interface) by providing the required information and documentation.

3.3.1.2 Verification — The AI Engine verifies your identity, employment, income, and other required information.

3.3.1.3 Affordability Assessment — The system conducts a comprehensive affordability assessment in accordance with NCA requirements, drawing on your payslips, bank statements, and credit bureau data.

3.3.1.4 Decisioning — An automated credit decision is returned. If approved, a pre-agreement statement and quotation is generated for your review and acceptance.

3.3.1.5 Contracting — Upon your acceptance, a credit agreement is concluded digitally.

3.3.1.6 Disbursement — The approved loan amount is disbursed to your verified bank account via EFT.

3.3.1.7 Repayment — Repayments are collected via debit order on your agreed pay date.

3.3.2          ZyraLend reserves the right to approve or decline any loan application at its sole discretion, and is not obliged to provide reasons for any decline decision.

4.  CREATING A PROFILE AND ELIGIBILITY

4.1  Profile Creation

4.1.1          To apply for credit, you must create a profile on the Platform by completing the application process and providing all requested information and documentation.

4.1.2          Your profile allows you to manage your account, view statements, track your credit history, and request settlement information.

4.1.3          Each person may only hold one (1) active profile on the Platform. You may not have more than one (1) active loan at any given time.

4.2  Eligibility Requirements

4.2.1          To be eligible to apply for credit with ZyraLend, you must:

4.2.1.1 be a South African citizen with a valid, government-issued South African Identity Document;

4.2.1.2 be 18 (eighteen) years of age or older and have full legal capacity to enter into contracts;

4.2.1.3 be permanently and full-time employed with a regular salaried income;

4.2.1.4 not be an undischarged insolvent or under debt review, administration, or sequestration;

4.2.1.5 be a resident of the Republic of South Africa;

4.2.1.6 have a valid South African bank account in your name into which your salary is deposited.

4.3  Accurate Information

4.3.1          When applying, you warrant that all information you provide is accurate, complete, current, and not misleading.

4.3.2          You are solely responsible for all information submitted through your profile. ZyraLend will rely on the information you provide. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in criminal liability.

4.3.3          You must notify ZyraLend immediately if any information on your profile changes or becomes inaccurate, particularly your contact details, employment status, income, or banking details.

4.4  By using the Platform you warrant that: (a) you have read and agree to these Terms; (b) all information you provide is true, accurate and complete; (c) you are above the age of 18 years and have the legal capacity to contract; (d) you are not submitting an application on behalf of another person without their knowledge and authority; and (e) you will not use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.

5.  CREDIT APPLICATION AND DOCUMENTATION

5.1  New Client Application Requirements

5.1.1          The following documentation is required from new clients:

5.1.1.1 a clear copy of a valid South African Identity Document (your face and ID number must be clearly visible);

5.1.1.2 your most recent payslip (legible, with all calculations verifiable);

5.1.1.3 three (3) months of bank statements in original format, showing your salary deposits;

5.1.1.4 proof of residential address and contact details (where required by the affordability assessment process).

5.2  Current Client Application Requirements

5.2.1          Current clients (those with an existing or prior lending relationship with ZyraLend within the preceding three months) are required to provide:

5.2.1.1 for a one-month loan: three (3) most recent payslips or three (3) months of bank statements;

5.2.1.2 for a longer-term loan: the most recent payslip and/or three (3) months of bank statements;

5.2.1.3 current employer contact details.

5.2.2          A client who has been inactive for 3 (three) months or longer shall be treated as a new client and subject to the requirements set out in clause 5.1.

5.3  Affordability Assessment

5.3.1          ZyraLend is required by the NCA to conduct an affordability assessment before approving any credit application.

5.3.2          For new clients, your total loan instalment may not exceed 25% (twenty-five percent) of your gross monthly salary.

5.3.3          For current clients, your total loan instalment may not exceed 30% (thirty percent) of your gross monthly salary.

5.3.4          ZyraLend’s AI Engine will assess your creditworthiness using information drawn from your application, credit bureau reports, bank statement analysis, and employment verification. The outcome of this automated assessment is final, subject to your rights under the NCA.

5.4  Consent to Credit Bureau Enquiry

5.4.1          By submitting a loan application, you expressly consent to ZyraLend conducting a credit enquiry on your behalf at one or more registered credit bureaux (including but not limited to Credit Profile Bureau, TransUnion, and Experian).

5.4.2          ZyraLend may report information about your credit conduct to registered credit bureaux as required by law.

6.  WAYS TO PAY

6.1 Upon approval of your loan, ZyraLend will calculate the minimum monthly instalment payable by you to settle the loan in accordance with the agreed repayment schedule set out in your credit agreement.

6.2 Repayments may be made by way of:

6.2.1    debit order (preferred method) drawn on your salary bank account;

6.2.2    electronic funds transfer (EFT); or

6.2.3    such other payment method as may be agreed in writing.

6.3  The payment method you select is at your own risk. A payment will only be regarded as received by ZyraLend once it has been credited to ZyraLend’s account. You remain responsible for ensuring payment is received by the due date regardless of the payment method used.

6.4 ZyraLend will allocate all payments received in the following order:

6.4.1    first, towards any due or unpaid interest;

6.4.2    second, towards any due or unpaid fees or charges; and

6.4.3    third, to reduce the Principal Debt.

6.5 You are entitled to make early payments at any time. Any early payment will be credited to your account. If any amount remains outstanding after such early payment, the balance becomes due and payable on the next instalment date.

6.6 All payments are processed securely. Transactions are encrypted using appropriate encryption technology as operated by our payment service providers.

6.7 Should your debit order be returned unpaid for any reason, ZyraLend reserves the right to re-present the debit order and to charge any applicable return fees as permitted by law.

7.  RESPONSIBILITIES, WARRANTIES, AND PROHIBITED CONDUCT

7.1 By using the Platform and/or Services, you warrant and undertake that you will:

7.1.1    use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms;

7.1.2    not provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information in the application process or at any point during your relationship with ZyraLend;

7.1.3    not use the Platform in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, impair, or interfere with ZyraLend’s systems, servers, or networks;

7.1.4    not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Platform or any account, system, or network connected to ZyraLend;

7.1.5    not upload, distribute, or transmit any harmful code, malware, viruses, or other destructive programs;

7.1.6    not reproduce, copy, distribute, or otherwise exploit any content, software, or intellectual property from the Platform without ZyraLend’s prior written consent;

7.1.7    not use the Platform to facilitate money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, or any other financial crime or illegal activity;

7.1.8    not use the Platform for any commercial purpose other than that expressly permitted by ZyraLend;

7.1.9    not apply for credit on behalf of another person without their knowledge, identity verification, and express authority;

7.1.10  not facilitate or assist any third party in doing any of the above.

7.2  Any breach of clause 7.1 above shall constitute a material breach of these Terms and entitles ZyraLend to immediately restrict or terminate your access to the Platform and/or Services, and to report your conduct to the relevant authorities, including SAPS, the FIC, or the NCR. ZyraLend may institute legal proceedings against you and seek to recover all losses, costs, and damages suffered.

7.3 The Platform is accessible only on compatible devices connected to the internet. It is your responsibility to obtain the necessary hardware, connectivity, and WhatsApp access to use the Platform.

8.  COMMUNICATIONS AND NOTIFICATIONS

8.1  Digital Communications

8.1.1          All communications between you and ZyraLend will take place primarily through digital channels, including WhatsApp, email, and SMS. By using the Platform, you consent to receiving communications through these channels.

8.1.2          Messages sent by you to ZyraLend via WhatsApp or email will be considered received only when ZyraLend acknowledges or responds to them.

8.1.3          Messages sent by ZyraLend to you will be regarded as received when they enter your messaging inbox and are capable of being retrieved and processed by you.

8.1.4          ZyraLend reserves the right to monitor WhatsApp and other digital communications for quality assurance, compliance, fraud prevention, and regulatory purposes, subject to applicable law.

8.2  Marketing and Service Updates

8.2.1          ZyraLend may from time to time provide you with service updates, account notifications, and marketing communications relating to its Services. By providing your contact details, you consent to receiving such communications.

8.2.2          You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by notifying us through the Platform or by contacting us at the details set out in clause 17.

8.2.3          Opting out of marketing communications will not affect ZyraLend’s right to send you transactional or legally required communications.

8.3  Security of Digital Communications

8.3.1  Internet communications are inherently insecure. ZyraLend cannot guarantee that communications transmitted over the internet will be completely secure or free from interception. You use the Platform at your own risk in this regard.

8.3.2          If you believe your profile or communications have been compromised, you must notify ZyraLend immediately through the Platform or at our contact details set out in clause 17.

9.  PRIVACY AND PROTECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

9.1 ZyraLend respects your right to privacy and is committed to the lawful processing of your personal information in accordance with POPIA.

9.2 By using the Platform and submitting an application, you consent to ZyraLend collecting, processing, storing, and where necessary sharing your personal information for the following purposes:

9.2.1    verifying your identity and assessing your creditworthiness;

9.2.2    processing your loan application and managing your credit agreement;

9.2.3    conducting credit bureau enquiries and reporting credit conduct;

9.2.4    complying with our legal and regulatory obligations under the NCA, FIC Act, POPIA, and other applicable legislation;

9.2.5    detecting and preventing fraud, money laundering, and other financial crimes;

9.2.6    communicating with you about your account and our Services;

9.2.7    improving the Platform and our Services.

9.3 Your personal information may be shared with:

9.3.1    registered credit bureaux;

9.3.2    payment processors and banking partners;

9.3.3    the FIC, NCR, SAPS, and other regulatory or enforcement authorities, where required by law;

9.3.4    our service providers and technology partners who process data on our behalf under appropriate confidentiality and data processing agreements;

9.3.5    our parent company, ZyraLend Holdings (Pty) Ltd.

9.4 ZyraLend will never sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes without your express written consent.

9.5 All personal information collected through the Platform is stored on ZyraLend’s secure digital platform for a minimum period of 5 (five) years in accordance with our record-keeping obligations under the FIC Act and other applicable legislation.

9.6 You have the right to access, correct, or request the deletion of your personal information held by ZyraLend, subject to our legal obligations. To exercise these rights, contact us at the details set out in clause 17.

9.7 ZyraLend’s full Privacy Policy, which contains further detail on how we handle your personal information, is available on the Platform and should be read together with these Terms.

10.  AML, CFT, AND COMPLIANCE

10.1           ZyraLend is an accountable institution in terms of the FIC Act and is subject to obligations relating to anti-money laundering (“AML”), countering the financing of terrorism (“CFT”), and countering proliferation financing (“CPF”).

10.2           As part of our Know Your Customer (“KYC”) and Customer Due Diligence (“CDD”) obligations, ZyraLend is required to:

10.2.1  verify your identity and employment before entering into a credit agreement;

10.2.2  screen your information against the Financial Intelligence Centre’s Targeted Financial Sanctions (“TFS”) list;

10.2.3  screen your information to identify Domestic Politically Exposed Persons (“DPEP”), Prominent Influential Persons (“PIP”), or Foreign Politically Exposed Persons (“FPEP”);

10.2.4  monitor transactions for suspicious or unusual activity.

10.3           ZyraLend is prohibited from entering into any credit agreement with:

10.3.1  anonymous persons or persons with apparent fictitious identities;

10.3.2  persons who refuse to provide required identification or KYC documentation;

10.3.3  persons who appear on the United Nations or FIC TFS sanctions lists.

10.4  ZyraLend is legally required to report certain transactions and suspicious activity to the FIC. By using our Services, you acknowledge and consent to ZyraLend making such reports where legally required. ZyraLend and its employees are prohibited from alerting clients to the fact that a report has been made (“tipping off”).

10.5           ZyraLend may, at any time, restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to the Platform and/or decline to process a transaction where it has reasonable grounds to believe that doing so is required by law or necessary to prevent financial crime.

11.  INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND CONFIDENTIALITY

11.1           All content on the Platform, including but not limited to the AI Engine, software, code, algorithms, design, layout, graphics, logos, trademarks, and all data and information generated through the Platform (collectively, the “Intellectual Property”), is owned by or licensed to ZyraLend (Pty) Ltd and/or ZyraLend Holdings (Pty) Ltd, and is protected by South African and international intellectual property laws.

11.2           You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for the purpose of applying for and managing your personal credit.

11.3  You may not copy, reproduce, reverse engineer, decompile, modify, distribute, sell, or otherwise exploit any content or intellectual property from the Platform, in whole or in part, without ZyraLend’s prior written consent. Any breach of this clause may result in legal proceedings against you.

11.4           All information you provide to ZyraLend during the application process will be treated as confidential and shall not be disclosed by ZyraLend except as provided in these Terms, ZyraLend’s Privacy Policy, or as required by law. This obligation of confidentiality survives the termination of any agreement between us.

12.  PLATFORM AVAILABILITY, DISCLAIMERS, AND WARRANTIES

12.1           The Platform and Services are provided “as is” and “as available”. While ZyraLend takes all reasonable steps to maintain the Platform’s availability, functionality, and accuracy, ZyraLend makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, that:

12.1.1  the Platform will be continuously available, uninterrupted, or error-free;

12.1.2  all information on the Platform is accurate, complete, or current;

12.1.3  the Platform will be free from viruses, malware, or other harmful components.

12.2  ZyraLend, its shareholders, directors, employees, partners, and affiliates accept no liability whatsoever for any loss, whether direct, indirect, consequential, economic, or otherwise, arising from your use of or reliance on the Platform or Services, or from any interruption to the Platform for any reason.

12.3           The Platform may include links to third-party websites or services. ZyraLend does not own, control, or endorse such third-party content and accepts no liability for it. Your access to and use of any third-party site is at your own risk.

12.4           ZyraLend reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Platform or any of its features at any time without notice, provided that any credit agreement already concluded with you will not be affected by such suspension or termination.

13.  INDEMNITIES

13.1  You hereby indemnify and hold harmless ZyraLend, its shareholders, directors, employees, partners, and agents from and against any and all claims, demands, losses, damages, costs (including attorney’s fees on an attorney-client scale), expenses, and liabilities arising out of or in connection with:

13.1.1  your use of the Platform and/or Services;

13.1.2  your breach of these Terms or any credit agreement;

13.1.3  any misrepresentation or fraudulent information you provide;

13.1.4  any violation of applicable law; or

13.1.5  any claim by a third party arising from your conduct on the Platform.

13.2           This indemnity survives the termination of these Terms and any credit agreement between you and ZyraLend.

14.  DISPUTE RESOLUTION

14.1           Should any dispute, disagreement, or claim arise between you and ZyraLend in connection with the use of the Platform or Services, the parties shall endeavour to resolve the dispute amicably by negotiation, with the best interests of both parties in mind.

14.2           If the parties fail to resolve the dispute through negotiation, either party may refer the dispute to an independent industry expert or mediator agreed upon by both parties.

14.3           In line with the requirements of the NCA, if you have a credit agreement with ZyraLend, you have the right to:

14.3.1  resolve a complaint by way of alternative dispute resolution;

14.3.2  file a complaint with the National Credit Regulator (NCR); or

14.3.3  make an application to the National Consumer Tribunal.

14.4           Both parties agree that no dispute relating to the use of the Platform or credit Services shall be published on any social media platform or other public forum. Any such publication may constitute a breach of these Terms and may give rise to a claim for damages.

14.5           Any remaining dispute not resolved through the foregoing processes shall be referred to arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Arbitration Foundation of South Africa (AFSA), and such arbitration shall be held in Johannesburg, Gauteng.

15.  TERMINATION OF USE

15.1  In addition to our other rights set out in these Terms, ZyraLend reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to the Platform and/or Services at any time, with reasonable notice to you, if you breach any provision of these Terms or any related ZyraLend agreement.

15.2           ZyraLend may immediately restrict or terminate your access without notice in the event of:

15.2.1  suspected fraud, money laundering, or other financial crime;

15.2.2  receipt of a court order or regulatory directive;

15.2.3  a material breach of these Terms or your credit agreement.

15.3           If you wish to terminate your relationship with ZyraLend, you may do so by following the process set out in your credit agreement. Termination will not affect any outstanding obligations under an existing credit agreement, including your obligation to repay any amounts due.

16.  GENERAL PROVISIONS

16.1  Governing Law

16.1.1        These Terms and any credit agreement concluded between you and ZyraLend are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa, including the NCA, POPIA, and the FIC Act.

16.2  Force Majeure

16.2.1        ZyraLend shall not be in breach of these Terms where performance of its obligations is prevented, hindered, or delayed by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, civil unrest, load-shedding, electrical surges, epidemics, pandemics, governmental lockdowns, or failures of third-party infrastructure or service providers.

16.3  Amendments

16.3.1        ZyraLend may amend these Terms at any time. Amended Terms will be published on the Platform and will take effect immediately upon publication. Your continued use of the Platform after publication constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically.

16.4  No Waiver

16.4.1        No failure or delay by ZyraLend in exercising any right under these Terms shall constitute a waiver of that right. No indulgence granted by ZyraLend shall be construed as a waiver of any right.

16.5  Severability

16.5.1        If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, it shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue to be valid and enforceable in full force and effect.

16.6  Entire Agreement

16.6.1        These Terms, together with the applicable credit agreement and pre-agreement statement, constitute the entire agreement between the parties in relation to the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

16.7  Relationship of Parties

16.7.1        Nothing in these Terms shall create a partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship between you and ZyraLend.

17.1           ZyraLend (Pty) Ltd is a company duly incorporated and registered under the laws of the Republic of South Africa, with company registration number 2021 / 748800 / 07, registered as a credit provider with the National Credit Regulator under registration number NCRCP16662, and registered as an accountable institution with the Financial Intelligence Centre under Item 11 of Schedule 1 to the FIC Act.

17.2           A copy of ZyraLend’s PAIA Manual is available upon request from our registered address.

18.  NOTICES AND SERVICE ADDRESS

18.1           Each of the parties chooses their service address for the purposes of giving notice and the serving of any process as follows:

18.1.1  in the case of ZyraLend: at the physical address set out in clause 17 above, or via email at XXXX;

18.1.2  in the case of you (the user): at the contact details (email address, WhatsApp number, or physical address) provided during the application process.

18.2           Either party may change its service address by giving not less than 14 (fourteen) days’ written notice to the other party.

18.3           Any notice given in writing in English and actually received by the party to whom it is addressed shall be deemed to have been properly given and received.

 

By using the ZyraLend Platform or applying for credit, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.
